DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at THE HUNTRESS without creating an account.
However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE HUNTRESS ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Sadad. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided.
First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.
If you would prefer to place an order by telephone or WhatsApp, you can call Customer Care on ENTER NUMBER HERE, 12 hours a day (9am-9pm), seven days a week.

WHICH DESTINATIONS DOES THE HUNTRESS SHIP TO?

We ship to all the Gulf regions, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, most of Europe and the USA.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Shipping takes up to 3-5 working days.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
KINDLY NOTE WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ONLY EXCHANGES.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, HUNTRESS will gladly accept exchanges within 3 days of your original purchase date. Please follow the instructions below to receive a product refund. Shipping charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  1. Please email thehuntress2017@gmail.com and include your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the items. We will give you instructions to retrieve and print the postage for shipping the returned items.
  2. Please re-pack the products in its original box and packaging. Include the attached form.
  3. Affix the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.
  4. Drop off return package at your local DHL or call DHL to schedule a pickup.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

DOES THE HUNTRESS HAVE SEASONAL SALES?

THE HUNTRESS offers seasonal sales three times a year. Register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.
